Yes, absolutely. You are not required to book a menu from participating restaurants. You can bring your own dinner and still enjoy the full experience: table setup, water, entertainment, and official gadget are included in the ticket.
What does the €15 ticket include?
The ticket includes a seat at the shared table with scenic setup, half-liter bottle of water, entertainment (live music, DJ sets, performances), an official crossbody strap with glass, and an event gadget. Restaurant menus are separate and must be booked directly with the restaurants.
How does menu pickup work?
Menus must be booked at least one week in advance of the event by contacting the restaurant directly via email or phone. When booking, please provide:
your name and surname;
your telephone number and/or email address;
the number of menus you would like;
any allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements;
and your preferred time for dinner pickup (between 6:30 PM and 7:45 PM).
Once your reservation is confirmed, payment must be made via bank transfer, specifying the following in the payment description: BLU DI GRADO – Name and Surname – The number of menus requested. The dress code is “shades of blue” — but it is not strictly mandatory. We invite all guests to wear something blue to contribute to the event’s visual atmosphere, from light blue to midnight blue, in any style that represents you.
What happens if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for the following day, Sunday, June 14th, at the same time (starting at 7:30 PM) and at the same location (Lungomare Nazario Sauro). Purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. You will be promptly notified via email and on our social media channels. If inclement weather also prevents the event from taking place on Sunday, menus already booked and paid for at participating restaurants will not be lost: they will be converted into vouchers, which can be used directly at the restaurant of your choice according to the methods and times agreed upon with the restaurant. Regarding the €15 participation fee, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the booking fee and payment service fees.
Is the event suitable for families and children?
Yes, the event is open to everyone. Families with children are welcome. Children 6 and older pay full price. There are no reduced tickets. For children under 6 years old, it is not necessary to purchase a separate ticket online. During the booking process, simply complete the standard reservation for the paying participants and indicate in the notes section how many children under 7 will attend (for example: “1 child under 6” or “2 children under 6”). For specific needs or special requests, please contact us before making your reservation.
If we're a group, can we sit together?
If just one person books for the entire group, seats will automatically be assigned next to each other. If each participant books individually, please ask a group leader to email info@bludigrado.it, including the names of those who wish to sit together. We'll do our best to reserve seats together so you can all enjoy the experience at the same table or in close proximity.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, four-legged friends are welcome at Blu di Grado! Dogs are welcome to attend the event free of charge, as long as they are kept on a leash throughout the evening.
